Side note about the podcast name: I had come up with several possible podcast names, but none really captured what I was trying to accomplish and I just couldn't move forward til I had the right name. So I enlisted the help of 3 of my sisters, Susan, Shirley and Gail, to brainstorm with me. I also wanted to make sure the name was available on social media and website names. Then my sister Susan, texted the group chat, "What about 'Trusted Friend'", as soon as I heard it I knew it was the right name for a podcast it just felt instantly RIGHT! and shockingly available on all mediums, so I knew it was meant to be. So thanks to all my sisters for brainstorming with me and supporting me, but huge thanks to my sister Susan! Great name!
