The first thing you really need to do is number one, fall in love with your kitchen.  If it's  a place that feels dark and  a place that you don't wanna be in, it's not decorated like it should be treated like any other place in your home.

 You wanna make it your own. So whether that's adding flowers every week or having plants around, or having  a lot of light and bright light so that you feel like you're in a good place while you're in the kitchen, then that's great.

And the second thing that I think is really important is, doing a big kitchen pantry freezer, clean out, or like an inventory, which is   of the first steps I tell clients to do, take inventory and clean out what is just sitting around expired. Things you don't even like,  just taking up space.

Because then you have a base of what you can work with to create that meal plan. And a lot of people think that meal prep is, cooking the same thing for every night of the week. That's super boring. And no one wants to eat the same thing every day. We take the inventory, we look at it and we fill in with new groceries. So we we use the inventory to map out meal plan. and  really get to reclaim mealtime mania forever
